Privacy Policy

The Brasswind Network LLC collects phone numbers and emails at checkout solely for the purpose of ensuring your transaction goes smoothly. You consent to being contacted for reasons specifically related to your purchase. However, your information will never be shared externally, even to our partners, without your consent. Please be aware that our website hosting provider (hostinger) and our payment processing platform (stripe) may have a different policy, and is our connection mediator. Stripe and Hostinger may collect your data at checkout before it reaches us, so please be advised to their policies.

Every one of our clients has the option to opt in to our marketing emails. This is entirely optional, and is in no way required for placing a purchase. If you do choose to opt in, your information will not be shared with any of our partners as we independently manage our marketing lists at this time. However, in the event we expand to require another email provider, you will be notified of the policy change in advance, and will be opted out by default unless you give written permission.

You (the client, supporter, prospective client, enthusiast, curious individual, or whomever you identify as) will have the ability to opt out of marketing communications at any time by sending an email to us at legal@brasswind.net.

Your information is stored when you checkout in our internal records. We will delete your information upon request, and we will never share your data with anyone without your explicit consent. Again, please note that our connection mediators (stripe and hostinger) may have different policies on the data they collect when facilitating your interactions with The Brasswind Network.
